Are you satisfied with your salary?
A representative survey of wages from May 2019, showed that 63% of women are unhappy with their current wage, but only 50% of men were unhappy with their salaries. According to the Federal Statistics Office, women earn 19.6% LESS than men in the same position. Other studies also show that women do not fare well in pay negotiations and demand raises less often than men. But it does not have to be that way.
